The special referee for the Undisputed Tag Team Championship match at WWE SummerSlam was revealed tonight at the end of Friday Night SmackDown. The match will feature The Usos defending against The Street Profits in a Money In The Bank rematch.
Adam Pearce came out after the match and announced that WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett will be the special referee. They aired an excellent video package with excerpts from Jarrett’s career.
The big reveal came after Angelo Dawkins pinned Jimmy Uso in a singles match. The match ended with a bit of a controversy because the replay showed that Jimmy’s shoulder was up.
