WWE is bringing back some of the top stars from the Raw roster for Friday’s SmackDown.
Pwinsider.com reports that the current plan is to have WWE Raw Tag Team Champions RK-Bro on the show. They will likely appear on the broadcast to further build on their six-man tag team match where they will team with Drew McIntyre against The Bloodline (WWE Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos). at WrestleMania Backlash.
Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins are being advertised locally for a dark match on the show. Since this is WWE’s last show before Sunday’s WrestleMania Backlash, it’s possible they’ll appear on SmackDown to build up their rematch at WrestleMania 38.
Two matches have already been confirmed for this week’s SmackDown: WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Sasha Banks vs. Shayna Baszler and Kofi Kingston & King Woods vs. Sheamus & Ridge Holland in a tables match. The company will announce more matches and segments tomorrow as the live broadcast draws closer.
